What is the MYCAA Progam?

The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance -with up to $2,000 allowed per fiscal year – to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation.

MyCAA Scholarship Facts:

The MyCAA Scholarship helps you be successful on your path with:

  • An individualized coaching session with a SECO career coach
  • An Education and Training Plan
  • Up to $4,000 of tuition assistance – with up to $2,000 allowed per fiscal year
  • Valuable SECO tools, such as the Traitify Personality Assessment

MyCAA Funding Eligibility

  • Spouse of an Active Duty Military member on Title 10 Orders
  • Service Member must be in pay grades E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2, or O-1 to O-3
  • Spouses married to members of the National Guard and reserves in these same pay grades are eligible
